This template is a small IT support desk application.

In this application, the administrator can assign cases to different support engineers. A case will be associated with the product and the customer who raised it and the user can track the status and solution of the problem in time.

We provide multiple views of cases. All cases’ list view or kanban view based on different status of case. The support engineers can also check cases which are assigned to them and follow up them in time
