Rooms Request

This template contains a list of conference room management, the request form of the and the corresponding approval process.

The room administrator can create rooms in the list. The approved room requests will be showed in the associated room detailed page. This allows requestors to clearly check the booking conditions of the conference room and decide whether to reserve it or change to another one.

Users can check their own request records in a list and the admins can also view all request records. You can also open the email reminder function as needed to remind the requestors whether his or her room request has been approved.
